Publisher and seller

GoSuitcaze is a commercial brand operated by KlarLabs SARL-S, a company incorporated under Luxembourg law.

Purpose

These Terms of Sale exclusively govern the financial and commercial conditions applicable to secured transactions between Members (Go-Senders and Go-Carriers) via the GoSuitcaze platform.

Pricing and commissions

Registration on GoSuitcaze and posting ads are entirely free for all Members.

GoSuitcaze charges a commission on each secured transaction as follows:

Secure payment process

1. The Go-Sender and Go-Carrier freely agree on the transaction amount;
2. The Go-Sender makes payment via the GoSuitcaze platform;
3. GoSuitcaze securely holds the funds;
4. Upon delivery, the Go-Sender receives a unique confirmation code to share with the Go-Carrier;
5. The Go-Carrier enters the code on the platform to confirm delivery;
6. GoSuitcaze releases the funds to the Go-Carrier within 24-48 business hours;
7. The Go-Sender has 24 hours to report any issue before automatic fund release.

Cancellation and refund policy

Before the physical handover of the item to the Go-Carrier, the Go-Sender may request cancellation. Funds will be refunded in full, minus non-refundable bank processing fees.

After the item has been handed over to the Go-Carrier, no automatic refund is possible. In case of dispute, GoSuitcaze may be contacted for mediation.

Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Luxembourg law. The reference language is French. In case of conflict between a translated version and the French version, the French version prevails.
